Refund Policy

14-day refund guarantee. If the letter pack fails to generate, contains a technical error, or you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.

The rejection guarantee. Beyond the 14 days: if our checker said your claim qualifies, you sent both letters, escalated to the regulator, and the airline still issued a final rejection that the regulator did not overturn — email us with the correspondence and we will refund your $19 in full, whenever that happens. If a valid letter doesn't eventually get you paid, you shouldn't have paid for it. ("No win, no fee" — except our fee is $19, not 35% of your money.)

What refunds don't cover. A refund of the product price is always available under the terms above — but we cannot refund or compensate for the outcome of your claim with an airline, since we have no control over airline decisions.

How to request. Email hello@airowed.com with the email address you used at checkout. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.
