Refund Policy

Nothing is being charged right now. The claim letter pack is free while we test it, so there is no payment to refund. If the pack fails to generate, contains an error, or simply isn't useful to you, email us — we want to hear it, and that feedback is the only thing we're asking for in return.

When we start charging (planned at a flat $19 per claim, never a percentage), the terms below will apply, and they will be shown to you before you pay. Nothing you generate for free now becomes chargeable later.

What a refund could never cover. We cannot refund or compensate for the outcome of your claim against an airline. The airline, the regulator or a court decides that, not AirOwed.
