Privacy Policy

1. The short version. AirOwed is built to know as little about you as possible. Your letters are generated entirely in your browser — the flight details and personal information you type into the claim builder are not sent to or stored on our servers.

2. What we process. (a) Eligibility and letter data: processed in your browser only; it disappears when you close the page unless you download your letters. (b) Payments: handled by Paddle, our merchant of record — they collect the billing information needed to process your purchase under their own privacy policy (paddle.com/privacy). We receive confirmation of purchase, not your card details. (c) Basic technical logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard access logs (IP address, browser type) to run and secure the site.

3. What we don't do. We do not sell personal data, run third-party advertising, or use tracking cookies.

4. Your rights. Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since we store almost nothing, most requests are satisfied already — but contact us and we will help: hello@airowed.com
