Privacy Policy

1. The short version. AirOwed is built to know as little about you as possible. Your letters are generated entirely in your browser, and your disruption record (the Black Box) lives only on your device. AirOwed is operated by Ermaz LLC, which is the controller for the limited personal data described below.

2. What we process. (a) Eligibility and letter data: processed in your browser only; it disappears when you close the page unless you download your letters or save a claim-file link. (b) The Black Box: your disruption record, expenses, and any attached photos are stored in your browser's local storage on your device — they are never sent to our servers. (c) Email features: if you ask us to email your result, your claim file, or reminders, we process the email address and claim summary you submit through our email provider (Resend) in order to send them; addresses used this way may remain on our sending list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them at hello@airowed.com. (d) Payments: handled by Paddle, our merchant of record — they collect the billing information needed to process your purchase under their own privacy policy (paddle.com/privacy). We receive confirmation of purchase, not your card details. (e) Basic technical logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard access logs (IP address, browser type) to run and secure the site.

3. What we don't do. We do not sell personal data, run third-party advertising, or use tracking cookies.

4. Your rights. Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since we store almost nothing, most requests are satisfied already — but contact us and we will help: hello@airowed.com
