CLAIM LETTER PACK
$19
ONE-TIME · PER CLAIM · ALL PASSENGERS ON THE BOOKING
- Formal demand letter. Personalized to your flight, with the exact EU261/UK261 citations and case law (Sturgeon, Wallentin-Hermann, Airhelp v SAS) airlines' legal teams recognize — and a 14-day payment deadline.
- Follow-up letter. A final-notice letter for when the airline stalls past 14 days, escalating pressure before the regulator step.
- Regulator escalation guide. The national enforcement body directory — where to file a free complaint that costs the airline time and money, plus exact sending tips.
- Email delivery + re-access. The pack is emailed to you the moment payment completes and re-unlocks in your browser. You can't lose it.
- Every passenger on the booking. One fee covers the whole booking — a family of four claiming €600 each pays $19 total, not $19 × 4.
WHAT A €600 CLAIM ACTUALLY PAYS YOU
| Claims company (25–35%) | AirOwed ($19 flat) | |
|---|---|---|
| Compensation | €600 | €600 |
| Their cut | −€150 to −€210 | −$19 (~€17) |
| You keep | €390–450 | ~€583 |
Same regulation, same legal citations, same outcome for a valid claim. The difference is who keeps your money. For a family of four on one booking, the gap grows to over €700 — their commission applies per passenger; our fee doesn't.
PRICING QUESTIONS
Why a flat fee instead of no-win-no-fee?
"No win, no fee" companies take 25–35% of your payout — €150–210 of a €600 claim — for sending the same letter. Most valid claims settle at the first or second letter, so you're paying a fifth of your compensation for postage. A flat $19 means the upside is yours.
What if my claim isn't eligible?
Then you pay nothing — the eligibility check is free and tells you honestly, including when the airline can rely on extraordinary circumstances. We only sell the letter pack after a positive check.
What if the airline still refuses to pay?
Then you get your $19 back — the rejection guarantee: if your verified-eligible claim gets a final rejection that the regulator doesn't overturn, we refund you in full, no time limit. Combined with the 14-day any-reason refund, buying the pack is risk-free: either the airline pays you, or we refund you.
